Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price from any competitor, we'll beat that price and give you 5% of the difference! Plain and Simple. No questions asked. We're here to earn your business and we will never loose a customer over price! Simply provide the advertisement with the competitor's price and we will discount your order before you purchase. If you've already made your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference for up to 7 days after your purchase!

Qualifications for our Lowest Price Guarantee:

  1. Product must be the same as the one offered on our website, must be in-stock, and available for delivery just like ours
  2. The guarantee is valid with any store within the DFW marketplace
  3. Promotional codes or other discounts from the competitor will not be included in determining the price difference
  4. Product must be new
  5. Prices listed on online classified sites may be matched at our discretion. This does not mean that we will reject the price match. However we must verify the competitors legitimacy before price matching. Please contact our customer service to make sure we can help you. Since many listing sites are free to post, anyone can post anything for sale at any price with no intention of honoring it. We simply have to make sure that it is a legitimate competitor before we can price match.


Can you deliver my items?

Yes, We offer immediate delivery on all purchases in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

  • $89 for local delivery and Set-up up to 35 miles from 75287 Zip Code

Do you ship Nationwide?

Generally speaking, no. However, we will look at nationwide shipping on a case by case basis. **Please call us to schedule nationwide shipping.



Can I pay cash?

Yes! If you would like to pay with cash please call our customer service to place your order. You will be asked for 25% NON-refundable deposit and you can pay the balance in cash on delivery.
If you do not use credit cards please call us we can arrange other methods of Cash Payments.



Return Policy

If you're not happy with any merchandise you can send it back no questions asked! We have two options to choose from.

  1. You may take your refund as a store credit and use it towards any future purchases. (no restocking fee)
  2. or
  3. You may take your refund via credit card or cash. However we will have to charge a restocking fee of $99 or 20%, whichever is higher. (We have to do this to cover our delivery and overhead costs we don't enjoy charging these fees!)

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Customers who take the in store credit are entitled to one return with no restocking fee. Any returns made after that will be charged a 20% restocking fee
  2. All returns must be made within 24 Hours of delivery
  3. Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping
  4. We cannot accept any returns that are not in the original packaging. If the items are not returned packed as they were delivered or not in the factory packaging, we will have to charge you a 30% restocking and handling fee. Please keep your original packaging to avoid this charge - we don't want to charge you this
  5. Some of our manufacturers do not allow us to take returns. It does not mean the quality of the items is inferior, just a policy in place by some manufacturers that we cannot change.


How does your Financing program work?

After you fill out the online application and get your pre-approval, you'll be asked to fax in these items so have them available (Some customers will be automatically approved and can avoid this step):

  1. Most recent 30 day Bank statement
  2. Current Drivers License
  3. Voided Check or Bank verification

Have these items ready to send and we'll have you approved on the spot for up to $2500 dollars!

  • Do you make at least $1500 a month?
  • Have you had the same job for 6 Months?
  • No overdrafts in the last 30 days?
  • Do you have a Checking account that has been open for at least 90 Days?
If yes to all 3 questions then your approved! Its that simple. Just fill out our quick online application.


What if my items arrive damaged?

Damages do happen but it's ok! If an item arrives to your house damaged, please send the items back with the delivery driver. Also please notify us immediately. We are happy to replace the piece at no cost to you. Dallas Furniture Gallery does not wish for any customer to have to settle for damaged furniture.


Your prices are cheap, Does that affect your quality?

Not at all. At Dallas Furniture Gallery, we keep our overhead costs as low as possible so we're able to pass the savings on to you! We only sell high quality, hand-picked items. Our Bedroom Sets and Tables, for example, are all made from solid hardwoods and our Sofas and Sectionals typically use 8 way hand-tied springs.

What kind of materials are used in your furniture?

We use a combination of Malaysian Oak, Solid Pine wood, and various other solid hard woods for our frames and table sets. We use high quality Top Grain, Split Grain and Bonded Leathers, as well as the best Microfibers and Chenille fabrics you can find in our Sofas and Loveseats!
